Self-care conversations with no agenda. A safe space where you can relax and engage in conversation with peers with no judgment. A relaxing, intimate setting for doctors, nurses, mental health workers, teachers, social workers, and others in similar fields, to escape for 6 weeks!

About The Event

Informal self-care discussions for men and women in various help-related fields, such as doctors, nurses, teachers, special education teachers, mental health professionals, leaders in non-profit organizations, social workers, etc. All discussions led by RnR Therapy. Whatever comes to mind, we'll talk about it. This will be an opportunity to have relaxing conversation among your peers with no agenda, and no judgment.

Food will be catered by Panera Bread, courtesy of i4Success. Additionally, each week we will invite someone who specializes in providing self-care remedies of some kind.

This group will meet for 6 consecutive Thursdays, April 18-May 23, 7-8:30 pm. We highly recommend that you attend all 6 weeks to get the most out of the experience. However, we understand that some may not be able to do so, and welcome you any week you are able to come.

A Certificate and special gift will be given to individuals who attend 5-6 weeks. We look forward to seeing where the conversation leads us!
